James Gardner

Reiki Class

Having studied under one of the UK's foremost reiki masters, James is working to establish reiki within China as a mainstream alternative wellness tool and healing modality. James has studied and taught reiki in the UK, Nepal and China, and is at present working with private clients and with the Judo Seidokan Beijing (judobeijing.com) helping people integrate this ancient practice into their everyday lives.

James has been working successfully with clients for over 5 years dealing with illnesses ranging from depression, tinnitus, arthritis to persistent sporting injuries. As well as helping people integrate Reiki into their own well being practices.

Amazing effects on my back

After a very bad throw in Judo, my back was blocked. I tried injections, pain killers, a lot of physiotherapy sessions, and massage
during two months in vain. The result was below my expectation. In only two sessions of 10 minutes, I was amazed by the effects. I
felt the pain moving in the body and disappearing. That was a first for me! Since then I decided to learn Reiki.

Just try, it's easy and powerful

Hi, I personnaly practice meditation and after a while not using it, I got quite discouraged as I didn't have much energy
to work on any more. I met then James, this nice hearted fellow I met in Beijing, and passed with him my first reiki degree
which brought me back to the track, fullfilled with the energy I was lacking to practice efficiently meditation again.
Reiki, to my mind, is defenitely the easiest way to be initiated to anything related to working with energies.
It's an excellent start and also can be an entire life dedicated work to follow and find the path of wisdom, inner peace
and the related healing skills you develop following this path. James is one of the genuine teacher you need to meet for s
uch kind of work, interesting, nice hearted, full of energy and wisdom... all you need for a serious initiation really.
