Practical German for Everyday Use

Eva holds a master’s degree in Modern Languages and Educational Science from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, and has studied and taught extensively in the UK and China.  Having taught German as a foreign language for the past five years in a variety of learning environments spanning several nations, Eva is uniquely qualified to understand the challenges faced by non-native German learners as they strive to master the language.  In addition to teaching, Eva has managed a popular language school in Germany, where her duties included curriculum design and development, the creation of course content and multimedia learning materials, as well as the hiring, training, and supervision of teachers.  Eva’s specialty is the creation and implementation of advanced interactive teaching methods which accommodate individual learners.  She has authored and/or edited numerous textbooks, dictionaries, audio tapes, and online content, including training materials for Ernst Klett Verlag textbook publisher in Germany and Englishtown in Shanghai.  Her authoring and editing experience, combined with her teaching experience ensure that her lessons are clear, well structured and student-oriented.  Eva’s passion for languages comes across in every aspect of her lessons, which are fun, interactive, and highly effective.
