Flavia has many years of experience in helping people to communicate clearly and fully, to express themselves more efficiently, in order to develop their own
personal style of expression and to have a positive impact on others by using
constructive communication techniques.



She has designed a variety of different courses to train expatriates in the use of
English for Special Purposes depending on individual needs, professional
situations and language abilities.



She has trained a great number of professionals working in international
organisations in managerial, technical and training roles. She is used to
working with international clients operating in the former Eastern Bloc.
