More advanced financial skills are critical in today’s multinational global business environment and often mean the difference between failure and success. Today’s corporate leaders need to have a strong understanding of the ways and means of finance as well as a solid grasp of key concepts and methods in order to implement sound financial policy and strategy. The goal of this course is to provide students with the ability to apply basic and advanced financial concepts to real situations, such as whether to buy a competitor, invest in a project, fund a new division of the company, or invest in the stock market.
